About the Cabins:

We are a village of 11 clean and modern housekeeping cabins. All are directly on the shore of Moose River and offer beautiful views of the water or the mountains. Each cabin is completely furnished and equipped with refrigerator, gas range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. We provide towels, linens and pillows. All cabins have cable color TV most major networks. All of the cabins are heated with clean monitor heaters. Cabins 7-11 also have wood stoves.

Moose Crossing
Cabin 1 (sleeps 9)
A large, 1½ story, three bedroom cabin. Full kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with sleeper sofa, loveseat and easy chair, dining room with table and chairs for 9, bedroom with queen bed. One bedroom on the second floor has 2 double beds, the other has 3 twin beds. Large deck with gas grill. River view.

Queen of Waters
Cabin 12 (Sleeps 10)
This cabin is properly named after a most successful fishing fly, as are our other cabins. This one is a beauty! With 3 bedrooms, this cabin can easily accommodate 10 people. The cabin sits right on the shore of the Moose River. There is also new L Dock to tie your boat or sit and wet a line. There are hardwood floors throughout first floor. A large covered front porch welcomes you into the new kicthen, completely applianced including a dishwasher and stocked with dishware. There is a large dining room for 8. The living room features a huge fieldstone fireplace for the chilly evenings. There is also one bedroom with two full beds on the first floor facing the water. A hardwood staircase leads you to the second floor and two more bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds with a futon. The Master Bedroom has a private screened porch also overlooking the water. The Master king size bed and a single bed.

This cabin is the former residence of Joe & Hilda King. The King Home was built in the 1940's at the start of the sporting camp era and was the first of 5 other cabins to be built on the property. Joe was a legendary Moose River guide and sport. Many stories have been told in the walls of this great home. It is very rewarding to us to know that more stories of grand adventures will be shared with family and friends for years to come.

General Information For All Cabins

Children age 3 and under stay free
Children ages 4-11 are $15.00 per night; $90 per week
Additional guests 12 and older are $25.00 per night, $150 per week
Well behaved pets may stay for an additional $5 per night
State of Maine sales tax is an additional 7%
A 50% deposit is due upon reservation. Refundable with at least 30 days notice of cancellation
